SWAROVSKI CHRISTMAS SKATING CHALET
Task
We were super excited to support our fab friends at Swarovski in making their annual skating chalet at the Natural History Museum all nice & cosy for some festive fun! They asked us to make their log cabin into a huge version of their coveted blue gift box.
Working with the box packaging design and being sympathetic to preserving the exterior of the chalet – we needed to create a facade that was to have minimal fixing points whilst always maintaining H&S guidelines.
Our design featured direct to media printed foamex panels in the Swarovski blue Pantone to frame the chalet with a glittering gold bow and tag printed using optically clear vinyl backed with metallic gold to really make the title signage pop by the side of the rink.
For the interior of the chalet we created a sparkling area for skaters to upload and share their skating highlights with metallic walls, luxury voiles, atmospheric fairy lights all topped off with suspended Swarovski crystals for added sparkle!
We thoroughly enjoyed this little project – you can see it down at the Natural History Museum from now until January and get your skate on at the same time!
